Institut Sinaran is an institute of higher education located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.

Institut Sinaran started in 1987 as Sabah Tshung Tsin Pre-University Centre to provide Pre-U qualifications locally. It was upgraded to an institute on 14 July 2002.
Institut Sinaran was formerly situated along Jalan Damai, but has moved into a new campus at KM 10 between Tuaran Bypass and Jalan Sulaman since 4 January 2010. It is now situated near University Malaysia Sabah (UMS) and 1Borneo Hypermall in Kota Kinabalu.
Currently, Institut Sinaran offers three main courses of study, Cambridge GCE A-Levels (Science and Commerce), Diploma in Commerce, and South Australian Matriculation. School hours in the institution: ranging from 7-8.5 hours a day for Cambridge GCE A-Levels (Science) and less than 6 hours (Diploma in Commerce). [1]
